What we collect

When you submit the free-estimate form we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the town you are in, the service you are asking about, your rough timeframe, how you prefer to be contacted, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call, text or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry: to contact you about the work you asked about, to arrange an estimate visit, and to prepare and follow up on that estimate. If you go on to become a customer, we keep the project correspondence as part of our normal business records.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by the service provider that hosts this website and delivers inquiries to us. They handle the message on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers, data brokers or lead resellers.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and embedded content

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our contact page embeds a map supplied by Google; loading that map may set cookies or collect data under Google’s own privacy policy, over which we have no control. If you would rather not load it, simply do not scroll to the map section, or block third-party content in your browser — the rest of the site works normally without it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as California law and our insurance and warranty obligations require.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information a business has collected and the right to request its deletion — and the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
