We open the existing wall properly, carry the loads where they need to go, match the roof pitch and the eave detail, and blend siding and flooring so the seam does not announce itself. Plans and permit
Additions need drawings and a permit. We help get a permit-ready set together and handle the submittal and inspections.

Foundation, framing and tie-in
New footing or slab, framing to match, roof tied into the existing structure, and the wall opened up once the new space is dried in — so you keep living in the house.

Finish to match
Siding, roofing, flooring, doors, trim and paint carried across the join so the addition looks original to the house.

In every jurisdiction we work in, yes — new conditioned square footage requires plans, a permit and inspections. We handle the submittal and coordinate the inspections as part of the job.Can you build an ADU or a detached suite?
