On a re-side, what is behind the existing siding matters more than the siding itself. We check for water damage, sheathing condition and how the windows were flashed.

Lap, shingle or a mix; exposure, trim details and color, priced in writing against real square footage.

Weather barrier and flashing
Housewrap lapped correctly, window and door heads flashed, penetrations sealed — before any siding goes up.

Siding run to consistent exposure, corners and butt joints detailed, trim and boxed eaves fitted, then caulk and paint.

Can you re-side just one elevation?
Yes. West and south walls take far more sun and weather in the Valley, and it is common for one elevation to fail long before the rest. Matching profile and color to the existing siding is the thing to check first.Do you paint the siding as well?
Yes — trim, corner boards and eaves included. Pre-finished material is also an option and we will price both.
