Sequoia Builders & Remodel is a newly established company. We have not yet collected published reviews, and we are not going to write any.

A lot of contractor websites open this page with five glowing quotes and a five-star average. Some of them are real. Plenty are not, and there is no way for you to tell the difference from the page itself.
We would rather show you an empty page than a fake one. When genuine reviews come in — on Google, on Facebook, wherever customers choose to leave them — they will appear here attributed to the platform they came from, and we will mark them up so search engines can verify them too.
In the meantime, here are three things you can check without taking our word for anything.

Check the license
California contractor license CSLB #1160042. The CSLB's public lookup at cslb.ca.gov shows a license's status, classification, and bond and workers' compensation information. It is the single most useful check you can run on any California contractor — do it for us and for anyone else you are considering.

Look at the work
Our portfolio is our own completed jobs, photographed as they were finished: post-and-beam framing, marble-slab showers, composite decks, cut-stringer staircases, plank flooring, siding and metal roofing. Nothing on this site is a stock photo of somebody else's work.

Ask for references directly
Because we are new, references come from us rather than from a review platform. Ask on the estimate visit and we will put you in touch with people whose jobs we have finished.

If something is not right on a job we have done, we want the chance to put it right. That is what “guaranteed work” is supposed to mean.
