Measure and talk layout
We measure the room, look at what is in the walls, and talk about whether opening up to the living space is realistic — including what carrying that load actually takes.

Cabinet plan and written estimate
Once the layout is settled we price the work against a cabinet plan, with appliance and counter allowances called out separately.
- 03
Demo, framing and rough-in
Protected demo, any beam or wall work, then plumbing and electrical relocated to suit the new plan and inspected before drywall.
- 04
Cabinets, counters and finish
Cabinets set and scribed, counters templated and installed, backsplash tiled, flooring run, then lighting, hardware, trim and paint.

Can you remove the wall between our kitchen and living room?
Usually, yes — but it depends on whether that wall is carrying load. We check the framing above it at the estimate visit and price the beam and posts if one is needed. That work is inside our general building license.Do you supply the cabinets or do we?
Either way works. Plenty of clients pick their own cabinets and appliances and have us install; others want us to handle the whole package. We price it as an allowance so the choice stays yours.
