We go through the whole house with you, note what stays and what goes, and look at the things that decide the budget — panel capacity, the state of the plumbing, subfloor, and whether any walls are structural.

Scope, sequence and estimate
A written scope room by room, with the order of work laid out so you know which parts of the house are usable when.

Demo and rough-in
Protected demolition, then framing changes, plumbing and electrical rough-in, and inspections before anything gets closed up.

Finish across the house
Tile, cabinets, counters, flooring, doors, trim and paint run through the house in sequence, then a single punch list at the end.

Can we live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Sometimes, depending on scope. If the only bathroom and the kitchen are both out at once, most people move out for that stretch. We sequence the work to keep a usable bathroom as long as we can and tell you up front where the gaps will be.Can you stage the work over time?
Yes. If the full scope is more than you want to take on at once, we will break the estimate into phases that make sense structurally — you do not want to lay finish flooring before the plumbing rough-in is done.
