We are a California-licensed general contractor, CSLB #1160042, and we build the way the plans and the inspector expect: square foundations, framing laid out to the print, sheathing and connectors installed to the engineer's schedule, and a finish stage that gets the same attention as the structure. Estimates are free, and we will tell you honestly where a plan is going to cost more than you think before you commit to it.

How a New Build Runs with SBR
- 01
Walk the site and read the plans
We meet you at the lot, look at access, grade, utilities and setbacks, and go through your plans — or talk through what you want if you do not have them yet. This is the free estimate visit.
- 02
Scope and written estimate
You get a written breakdown of the work: site prep, foundation, framing, roof, exterior, mechanical rough-in, interior finish. Allowances are called out so you know what is fixed and what depends on your selections.
- 03
Permits, foundation and framing
We pull the permits, coordinate the inspections and get the structure up — forms and foundation, framing to the print, sheathing, connectors, roof and dry-in.
- 04
Finish, punch list and handover
Siding, roofing, flooring, doors, trim, tile and paint go in, then we walk the house with you and work the punch list until it is genuinely finished.

Yes. Our base is in the Fresno County foothills near Dunlap, and we build on valley-floor lots in Fresno, Clovis, Sanger and Reedley as well as sloped and rural parcels further up Highway 180.Can you build from plans I already have?
Yes — bring the plan set and we will price it. If you do not have plans yet, we will talk through what you want and what it takes to get a permit-ready set drawn.
