1. Who we are
This website is operated by Sequoia Builders & Remodel Inc., a California licensed contractor (CSLB #1160042) working as a service-area business from the Fresno County area and serving Fresno, Tulare, Kings & Madera Counties. You can reach us on (559) 480-9933 or at sequoiabuilders@icloud.com.
2. What this site is for
This site describes the construction and remodeling services we offer and lets you request a free estimate. It is provided for general information. Using it does not create a contractor–client relationship between you and us; that begins only when we have both signed a written contract for a specific project.
3. Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer to perform work at a particular price. Estimates are given in writing after we have seen the job, and are subject to the terms set out in the estimate itself — including scope, allowances, site conditions, permitting and material availability. Site conditions we could not reasonably have seen at the estimate visit may change the price, and where that happens we will tell you before the work is done.
4. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep this site accurate, including our license number, service area and the descriptions of our work. Building codes, permit requirements and local regulations change and vary between jurisdictions, so nothing here should be treated as regulatory, engineering or legal advice for your specific property. Confirm our license status independently at cslb.ca.gov, and confirm permit requirements with your city or county.
5. Photography and intellectual property
The project photographs on this site are of work completed by Sequoia Builders & Remodel Inc.. Those photographs, together with the SBR mark, the site text and the site design, are our property or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Links and embedded content
Our contact page embeds a map supplied by Google, and we refer to the California Contractors State License Board website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
7. Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed construction contract with us or under California contractor law.
